According to Wikipedia juice fasting is a type of fasting and “detox diet” in which a person consumes only fruit and vegetable juices. Being available only in digestible carbohydrates, these foods are digested rapidly. However, this leads to quicker spikes in serum glucose, as opposed to eating the fruits or vegetables whole, and the body does not burn as many calories to digest the juice, as the juice digestion process expends only a small amount of energy. People choose to undergo juice fasts for various reasons and via various methods. Juice fasts are often marketed together with supplies, supplements and support groups.
The reasons for undergoing juice fasts include spiritual or religious reasons, losing weight and attempting to wean oneself from unhealthy habits, e.g., smoking, drinking soda, overeating, caffeine addiction, etc. Some more serious participants use juice fasting as an alternative to conventional medical practices, i.e., as a healing technique for pain, cancer, depression, arthritis, severe infections that failed antibiotics, autoimmune diseases and many other incurable diseases.
So what you think guys , should we avail online life insurance before juice fasting or should we just continue the juice fasting even without consulting a medical professional if we have allergies and other health problems?

I am going to admit I have back pain it all started when I injured my back from working out (gym) my husband says once you broke/injure your back it is for a lifetime. I don’t wanna believed him but it seems he is right my back pain is on and off, there are times it disturbs me especially when I am sitting in the floor.
The pain makes me not feel well these past few days, I just makes myself busy by eating potato chips and ice cream and it added bad feeling to me. I feel like I am pigging-out, in few days I gained one kilo., lol
The the majority cause of lower back pain according to what I have read is it stems from benign musculoskeletal problems, and are referred to as non specific low back pain; this type may be due to muscle or soft tissues sprain or strain, particularly in instances where pain arose suddenly during physical loading of the back, with the pain lateral to the spine. Over 99% of back pain instances fall within this category.
I guess I strained my back using the machine work-out. Huhuhu
