How to lose weight
Losing weight is not easy like gaining weight. It is 10x harder or more, you can just gain weight by eating a lot of sweets and fatty foods but you cannot loss weight by just starving yourself. I have learned that in order to loss weight you need to eat balance diet and by exercising. You cannot loss weight just by dieting, like you didn’t eat your breakfast but when you eat your lunch it is included.
Other people who are struggling to lose weight opted for drugs and medical solution, there are some people who succeed and there are some people who didn’t not. I have heard if you want to loss weight effectively you should do dieting according to your body.
Headache and Food Intolerance
That’s what I have right now. I already drink a lot of water thinking I am dehydrated again but the headache is still here, so the only reason why I got this is food intolerance again. All I have eaten today is rice and the sour soup I have cooked and my culprit is half of the rice I have eaten, it is an old rice. I really have a weak stomach when I eat something old and stocked in the fridge for a long time. I know this headache will not disappear until I vomit all the food I have eaten but I don’t like doing it especially when I just ate chocolates., Haha
Anyway according to Mr. Wiki Food intolerance or non-allergic food hypersensitivity is a term used widely for varied physiological responses associated with a particular food, or compound found in a range of foods. It is negative reaction, often delayed, to a food, beverage, food additive, or compound found in foods that produces symptoms in one or more body organs and systems, but it is not a true food allergy. A true food allergy requires the presence of IgE antibodies against the food, and a food intolerance does not.
Stomach Flu
Just returned from our two weeks vacation few days ago but thing has not been easy, felt sick with colds and cough and loss bowel movement.
Stomach flu or Gastroenteritis is marked by inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract involving both the stomach and small intestine resulting in acute diarrhea and vomiting. It can be transferred by contact with contaminated food and water. The inflammation is caused most often by an infection from certain viruses or less often by bacteria, their toxins (e.g. SEB), parasites, or an adverse reaction to something in the diet or medication.
Risk factors include consumption of improperly prepared foods or contaminated water and travel or residence in areas of poor sanitation. It is also common for river swimmers to become infected during times of rain as a result of contaminated runoff water.
India has a poor sanitation when it came to food preparation and no matter we avoid to eat food in the street we still ended up with traveler’s diarrhea.
