While working out in the gym I was accidentally hit by 11kgs dumbbell that my husband’s using in the hand, I didn’t know that I am to near to him so when I raised my hands for dumbbell laterals accident happened. It resulted to bruise and my hand swell so Immediately went to the water dispenser and rinse my towel with hot water. I pat my bruise with the hot towel and I almost shout in pain, I repeat it many times and dunno if I am too nervous but I turn very paled and dizzy. It went to the point I had double and blurry vision, I was too scared but my husband didn’t even mind me he said I am just over reacting, I should not worry too much so I won’t feel sick.
Presence of mind is important when you are working out in the gym, you should avoid to do exercises when there’s small place and be sure that you can carry the weights you are going to use unless you have a spotter.
There are times it is hard for me to sleep at night, I have heard from one of my old instructor that using too much computer can give you sleepless night so this must be the reason of my sleeping ordeal. So when I really want to sleep I used Katinko, when I rub it on my temples I will start yawning until I fall asleep. I guess the Katinko help my senses to relax, or the smell made me sleep.
Well no matter what there’s only one thing I know I need Katinko on my temples so I can sleep during sleepless night that’s why it is always below my pillow.
These past few days I am eating too much rice. I know it is bad but I can’t stop it especially when I felt hungry, the last time I weigh myself I gain about a kilo already. As what I have read eating to much carbohydrates can cause obesity because of too much calorie intake, that can lead diabetes, higher blood pressure and heart disease.
I remember one of my distant relative loss weight after she stopped eating too much rice, her big tummy went small after not eating too much carbohydrates, so I guess I should also follow this discipline if I want to be healthy and sexy. I should be strict on my diet.
