Cardio Exercises

Today is our break in the gym,  since we returned in the gym after a month of laziness.  Well two weeks to be exact because the other two weeks we are on vacation.  Instead of lifting weights we are only doing cardio or biking for 35 minutes because we are on juice diet even though sometimes we cheat on what is supposed to be detoxing our body from toxins.

Cardio exercise helps you to burn calories and lose weight. There are different form of  cardio exercises  not just biking, running or running in the thread mill  is another form of it, skipping, jumping, swimming,  dancing, using a trampoline, climbing the stairs too is cardio exercises.
