The cheapest way to get fit and lose some pounds is to pull on your trainers, head through the front door and go running or power walking. No special equipment or clothes are needed and you don’t need to book ahead.

If you like the structure of gym classes and the fact that the teacher does all the thinking for you, then start looking in newsagent and post office windows. This is where you will find adverts for local classes held in nearby church or village halls. Yoga and zumba classes are incredibly popular, and will only cost you a few pounds a week. GoMammoth’s London Zumba classes for example are a good introduction to Zumba as you don’t need to pay for a long term gym membership to access the classes. Make sure the teacher knows what they are doing and has insurance, and you can get a fantastic, regular workout and meet people from your neighbourhood as well.

Move up a league

If it is the sociable aspect of going to the gym that appeals to you then be sure to check out local sports leagues – your local authority will have a list. Pick the right sport and joining a local league can transform your social life along with your fitness levels.
You will meet like-minded people, have access to specialised equipment for a (usually) reasonable subscription, and also enjoy the thrill of competition.

Stay home alone

If you are really feeling the pinch and don’t want to lay out any money at all then stay at home with a length of washing line – and skip. Exhausting, but a fantastic fast-track to fitness.
If you have the willpower to motivate yourself, there are plenty of smartphone apps that will sort you out a home exercise programme. A good one will let you enter in your stats and goals and plot your progress. Cheaper than a personal trainer and certainly not as bossy!

Stationary Bike Workout at Home

Staying home daily and doing small chores doesn’t burn much energy so I have decided to do cardio exercise in the late afternoon. It helps me to feel well after being sick of having high blood pressure but it is sometimes boring to exercise using the stationary bike so I have decided to carry the bike in our living room so I could watch movies while working out in the stationary bike maybe to make it more unique I should try playing g&l comanche while biking.

As what I found online the exercise bike can help to tone legs and burn tons of calories as long as you make sure that the bike is set with enough resistance.  It is also good exercise to reduce belly fat which is good for me.

Trying To Remove Stubborn Bulges.

Some people has no problem with excess fat because no matter how much they eat, their body is capable of burning off the excess fat and they never seems to put on weight. But there are some people who eats very little and yet they seems to put on weight easily.   1. Eat the 3 main meals and refrain from snacking in between meals. When eating, take time to chew the food and try not to gobble down the food. Do not overeat until you feel really full. Cut down on carbohydrates and food with high sugar content.

  1. Enjoy an active or outdoor hobby e.g. like games, dancing, etc. When one is engrossed in a hobby, there is less time to snack in between meals. When a person is bored, he or she tends to feel sleepy and will doze off easily. But when one is enjoying a hobby, one will not think of sleeping all the time.

But what happens if after taking care to eat the right food and going through whatever is necessary to reduce weight, the stubborn ugly bulges on your body still remain and you are feeling so helpless about it. Be not despair, for there is another solution out there and that is liposuction.

Importance of Testosterone Supplement

The owner of the gym where we work out is also in a buy and sell business, he sells whey protein  multivitamin protein, fat burners, energy boosters and other protein supplements. I will not be surprised if someday he will also sell myodrol, a testosterone supplement.

We all know that both male and female have testosterone but male has ten times more than female.  As what I have read testosterone is needed for health and well-being of  of human and other mammals.  A good level of testosterone can help for the  prevention of osteoporosis and it can also increase muscle development, bone mass, growth of body hair. While having a low testosterone can increased risk for the development of Alzheimer’s disease.

So if you think you are low in testosterone see your doctor first before trying taking this supplements because like other medicines and supplements too much is not good. It has side effects like problems in pancreas and liver and as well as hair loss.
