There are times I always feel tense especially when I am rushing into something, I’d like to avoid it as much as I can do because I always end up with a headache. According to what I have found out it is called tension headache where there’s a pain or discomfort in your head, scalp, or neck and which is usually associated with muscle tightness in these areas.
I have thought before I have a high blood pressure which makes my husband laughed because he said high blood pressure has no signs or symptoms that’s why it is called silent killer.
There are some factors that causes tension headache, stress is the main factor which usually occurs in the afternoon after long stressful day, followed by hunger, dehydration, sleep deprivation, bad posture, caffeine withdrawal and eyestrain.
On my observation it seems all of these factor are cause of my headache, like example hunger – I always forget to eat on time once I am in front of my computer, dehydration because I don’t drink a lot of water as I am so lazy to stand up and go to the kitchen to pour a glass of water. I don’t have enough sleep too because we sleep late and wake up early, bad posture for sitting in the floor while using my computer which sometimes resulted to pain in my hips, caffeine withdrawal because I mostly feel headache when I don’t drink coffee in one day, eye strain for being in front of the computer for more than 12 hours to summary all of these it is equal to stress. I am stress!
