These past few days I am eating too much rice. I know it is bad but I can’t stop it especially when I felt hungry, the last time I weigh myself I gain about a kilo already. As what I have read eating to much carbohydrates can cause obesity because of too much calorie intake, that can lead diabetes, higher blood pressure and heart disease.
I remember one of my distant relative loss weight after she stopped eating too much rice, her big tummy went small after not eating too much carbohydrates, so I guess I should also follow this discipline if I want to be healthy and sexy. I should be strict on my diet.
