These past few days I am not feeling well before and during my menstruation period. I felt so cold even it is warm, I already wear socks, sweat shirt and long pants but I am still feeling cold. The coldness is not from the room temperature I know it is coming from my body, so I decided to take iron supplements it’s been a while since the last time I take this supplement because I am afraid of getting overdose from it.
After I took the supplements my body started to feel warm and my menstrual cramps didn’t bother me so much, I think I am really anemic. I should try to increase my iron intake and change my diet, I should eat red meat and other green leafy vegetables like moringa but sad to say it is not around here.
