I am quite busy these past few days especially last night, where I cooked food. We are already on our normal diet after almost one month of juice fasting and one week soup diet. While cooking chicken in chilli sauce I am eating dumplings or mandu which I also dip in the chilli sauce that tasted like Gochujang, a sauce for Korean food bibimbap.
After a while when we are watching Travel show, I just felt a headache, dizziness, stomach pain and a weird feeling like I want to vomit. Well I did vomit all the food I ate and after doing so, I feel better and the headache was gone. I had a food intolerance again, it is non-allergic food hypersensitivity which is a term used widely for varied physiological responses associated with a particular food, or compound found in a range of foods.
I think I really need to be careful on the food I eat, I should be extra-careful on the ingredients of the food and I need to know what is the food or ingredients that gives bad reaction to my body.
