Healthy Skin

I am quite busy these past few days that I have  no time to update few of my blogs. Anyway just recently I stopped using lotion on my skin, I have noticed since I stop it the chicken skin in my arms are slowly gone. Based on my observation the lotion I am using clogged my pores that resulted to skin rashes.

We all know that we all wanted healthy skin but sometimes using skin care product can result to further damage rather than making our skin healthy, so we should be careful in using skin product.

As what I have read the most essential ways to protect your skin is to keep it away from the harmful rays of the sun. Ultraviolet radiation harms the skin as well as it can result to premature aging, wrinkles, age spots or even cancer as well. Eating balance diet, being fit and taking enough rest can also contribute for having a healthy skin.

    Eating lots of Vitamin C and Vitamin E rich fruits does help to have a healthy skin. You should go for more Kiwi fruits and oranges! They are great for skin! 🙂
