How to be Acne Free

If there’s one thing I should be thankful is  being acne free on my face so I didn’t avoid any food to eat unlike my friends they’re bit choosy on the food they intake, they believed that eating peanuts will result to unwanted acne.

What’s my secret? Nothing I just make sure that I wash my face every night before I sleep, sometimes pure water and sometimes I used bath soap. That’s the beauty regiment I wouldn’t forget everyday,  always remember if you have acne that’s dirt. So don’t forget to wash that dirt before you sleep!

For you better understanding Acne vulgaris (or cystic acne) is a common human skin disease, characterized by areas of skin with seborrhea (scaly red skin), comedones (blackheads and whiteheads), papules (pinheads), pustules (pimples), nodules (large papules) and possibly scarring. Acne affects mostly skin with the densest population of sebaceous follicles; these areas include the face, the upper part of the chest, and the back. Severe acne is inflammatory, but acne can also manifest in noninflammatory forms.[2] The lesions are caused by changes in pilosebaceous units, skin structures consisting of a hair follicle and its associated sebaceous gland, changes that require androgen stimulation.
