How to Relax your tired feet

I always end up with tired and aching feet in the end of the day after our sight seeing or hiking trip, to relive the pain I always fill up the tub (if we are staying in the hotel) and if we are at home I fill up our small plastic basin with hot water and add a little dash of salt, then soak my feet for about thirty minutes or more.


It’s  a big relief because afterwards my feet are relax and not in pain anymore as if I can walk or hike again. This is cheaper than foot spa.
