Do you wonder why Physical Fitness is always included in our subject in school? Well maybe because physical fitness is very important to our healthy living and the most valuable assets we can ever have. Health is one of the pre-requisites for a happy, well-balanced life.
Physical fitness is defined as the state or condition of being physically sound and healthy, especially as the result of exercise and proper nutrition. Physical fitness comprises two related concepts: general fitness (a state of health and well-being) and specific fitness (a task-oriented definition based on the ability to perform specific aspects of sports or occupations). Physical fitness is generally achieved through correct nutrition, exercise, and enough rest.
