Juice Fasting for the Second Time

Today is the first day of our six weeks juice fasting diet and like the first time we did the juice fasting I was not able to start on the first day because of the left over food I need to eat like the chicken and eggs in the fridge. They need to be cook and eaten or else they’re going to expired after or less than six weeks.

We are doing juice fasting again to lose the weight we gain from Armenia and also preparation for our next travel destination. Juice fasting is not just about losing weight it is also cleansing your system because you are detoxing your body by drinking fresh and all natural juices from fruits and vegetables.

Last night we shopped for all the vegetables and fruits we need like cabbages, carrots, cucumbers, apples, grapes, pears, oranges and more.
