If there’s one thing I should after my over one month vacation in the Philippines that is too lose weight. Yeah right I gained so much wait that my old clothes wouldn’t fit anymore so I have no choice but to hide them somewhere. At first I thought I am going to lose weight in the Philippines because I am going to move and walk a lot but I was wrong.
I gained 4 kilos which is too big considering I am just one month in the Philippines how much more if I stayed few more months. Dunno how could I start dieting when I feel so hungry every time and I ate big amount as well.
