I am on my first week of doing only cardio exercises, I decided to stop lifting weights because my body is not proportioned anymore. My shoulders are bigger than the usual shoulder of a woman, I look more of a wrestler. At first my husband is pampering me by saying he likes it but later on he also noticed it was not good anymore so he later agreed that I should stop lifting weights.
I do the static bike and treadmills while my husband is busy on his own exercise which is weight lifting and presses. Cardio exercises can help you burn calories like static biking, treadmills, running, jumping and lot more.
