My Healthy Meal

With the hope of losing weight I changed my diet plans instead of eating plenty of rice and meat I decided to eat more vegetables and small portion of rice. I already loss few pounds few days ago but incidentally my husband is keep tempting me to eat ice cream, pizza and other junk foods these past few days.

In short I cheated on my healthy diet,  I am not sure if I can withstand with this diet even for a month but probably I will start again next week because we are going to have bulgogi or barbecue tomorrow as part of our cheat meal.
