On Lifting Weights

Since I returned from vacation I stop lifting heavy weights to my husband’s dismay, I have stopped it because my chest is getting bigger and muscular. It doesn’t look right for a woman and I don’t like it either, so if before I used up to 7 kilos dumbbell right now I only used 2 kilos. My husband keep laughing on my decision but it is final.

With regards to him his chest is getting more bigger because he keeps lifting heavy weight, he looks like a wrestler now (though he is really a pro-wrestler before). He used 140 kilos the other day using his new weight lifting belt.
